Artist's Statement

 

To create is to let go…

                   of an idea, a question or a sensation.

 

Loss, longing, anger, fear are all emotions related to something in our surrounding. Everything around us is charged with value and meaning based on society, background, tradition and our own personal experiences.

 

My art is not simply about telling my own story but rather it is presenting to each and everyone the tools to make up their own thereby weaving my story into some one else’s.
